When will the units be available?
Units are expected to be available from 1 October 2026.
What are your office hours?
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 3 months.
Can I use my own lock?
Yes. This is self-storage, and you use your own lock on your unit.
Is the site secure?
Yes. The site includes 24/7 CCTV,
floodlighting at night, and
24/7 access control.
Do you offer after-hours access?
Yes. The site has 24/7 access control for users.
Is help available on site?
Limited site assistance is available from 07:00 to 19:00.
How do first floor units work?
First floor units are accessed by two
1.5 metre wide staircases per block.
Are there electrical plugs in the units?
No. There are no electrical plugs available in the units. The site
is floodlit at night, and there is continuous lighting to the
first floor passage only.
Can I store household contents?
Yes. Different unit sizes are suitable for contents ranging from a
two-bedroom unit to a three-bedroom unit.
Can I store a vehicle?
Certain ground floor standard single garage units can house a vehicle.
